STEM AI Tutor, including its name, logo, source code, tutoring prompts, curriculum, UI design, illustrations, images, generated tutor responses, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of MarvyTech AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the service, its content, or its underlying models without prior written permission from MarvyTech AI.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or attempt to access another user's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the platform, submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, or use automated tools to extract content from the service.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Fees, trial periods, and refund eligibility are described at the point of purchase.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tutoring responses are generated by AI and should be verified against your official curriculum.
